Cooperation Opportunities

Information Technologies Institute (ITI) invites educational institutions, non-governmental organisations, associations, businesses and public-sector organisations to cooperate in preparing and implementing national and international projects.

ITI can participate as a project coordinator or partner and contribute at different stages, from developing the idea and preparing the application to creating outputs, evaluating quality and disseminating results. Areas of cooperation and responsibilities are agreed according to the project’s objectives and the partnership’s needs.

Project development and management

Developing project ideas, analysing needs, finding partners, preparing applications, and planning and coordinating activities. ITI’s experience includes cooperation among international partners, project progress monitoring, risk and financial management, and reporting.

Research and methodological development

Research into target groups’ needs, data analysis, and the development of methodologies and recommendations. The institute can contribute to developing curricula, learning materials, and knowledge and competence assessment tools, as well as organising their testing.

Digital content and interactive tools

Developing and localising digital learning resources, interactive activities, gamification elements and assessment solutions. ITI’s expertise covers digital and media literacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital creativity and responsible technology use.

Quality assurance and evaluation of results

Developing project quality management plans, evaluation criteria and feedback tools, and monitoring the quality of activities and outputs. ITI can also advise partners on methodological issues and evaluate how well the content being developed meets target groups’ needs.

Communication, publicity and dissemination

Planning and coordinating communication and dissemination activities, and producing informational content, visual materials, and document and presentation templates. The institute can contribute to presenting project results at events, on websites and through social media, engaging target audiences and encouraging the use of the resources developed.

Partnerships in Lithuania and across Europe

ITI cooperates with educational institutions, non-governmental organisations, associations and other partners in Lithuania and across Europe. Its experience in national and international projects, participation in the National Digital Coalition and involvement in European initiatives provide a foundation for new partnerships and joint activities.
